Before you request an appointment - please read carefully

Thank you for your interest in neuropsychological evaluation services at Central Texas Neuropsychology. Before submitting your request, please review the following important information.


Scheduling timeline

Due to the specialized nature of neuropsychological evaluations and current demand, appointments are typically scheduled 3-6 months in advance. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. If the requested time is available, you will receive a confirmation email as well as information about next steps. If you do not see a confirmation or denial email within 1 business day, please check your spam folder.


Intake paperwork requirement

Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive intake forms through our secure patient portal. All forms must be completed at least 7 business days before your evaluation date. Appointments for which intake forms have not been received by the 7th business day deadline will be cancelled. We are unable to reschedule cancelled appointments. A new referral would need to be submitted, and a new appointment scheduled based on current availability.
